TopUpNow Credit/Contact Problems

Normally have no problems with TopUpNow but just did a top up 0911 call but no credit was added. Second call did add credit but only one lot.
Went to contact us link on the website and get asked for phone number and email address but then 'proceed' button does not seem to do anything.
Is there a way of checking with BT whether both topup calls have been charged?
Has anyone managed to contact TopUpNow customer services?
