In April last year I got my puppy a toy dog from instores, he is a chihuahua so the toy was practically the same size as him! He absoloutly adored it, everywhere he went, the toy went. We went to training classes (currently doing gold good citizenship, he pased the rest and Im a proud mummy) and he took it with us but one of the big dogs got it and within seconds ripped its head off. I tried to fix it but with no luck. Tried the local instores and nothing. My dog was crying all night every night for his dog so out or desparaton I emailed instores asking if they had any in other stores I could buy off them and sent a photo of my dog with the toy. They replied back saying they had found one and were going to send it to me free of charge and hoped I got a good nights sleep now!
I was really impressed by this and would now highly reccomend them to anyone.
