Lucky you, you must have a 24 carat gold batphone0 -
Creditexpert never sent me my PIN and I can't get through to them on the phone. Useless.
I have a few more days till I need to cancel though. I'll try emailing, see if that works.
I've got £7 in my Topcashback 'Earnings by retailer' which is listed as Pending. Do I need to chase this up or wait for it to go to confirmed before cancelling?
Many thanks.0 -

Both me and my wife signed up via Quidco and neither of us got anything - it never tracked. It was about a year between our attempts, and we always make sure cookies are cleared etc... Just got the hassle of canceling it....0

They were busy 6 years ago too, convenient when they don't really want you to cancel!
They have an email address CustomerService@CreditExpert.co.uk which I've used. Mind you I did get a reply saying I had to ring them! When I couldn't get through again I sent an email saying if they needed more details they should let me know what and if I didn't hear within 7 days I'd assume they had sufficient information to complete my request.
That should I think be sufficient evidence of cancellation.0 -
Here is the phone number i have 0800 656 9000 . I would give them a ring. I just checked mine and i have nothing at all tracked on quidco, it just says"Unfortunately we are unable to investigate transactions for this merchant". What a waste of time.0

On hold to CreditExpert cancellations now......had to dial twice.....first time they were "too busy" to even put me on hold........
I know it's a pain to ring em but they are paying for the call (0800 number).....stick it on Speakerphone and save your neck/shoulder aching......What should I put in here that won't upset people.........0 -
All done - total call length including the hold was 7 mins 18 secondsWhat should I put in here that won't upset people.........0
