Ebuyer have a very bad reputation for customer service. They are legit one of the cheapest retailers around though and things don't always go wrong but I'd do a search on the net about them in order to weigh up the pros and cons of placing an order there.0

yeah although its not the same for everyone I used them for a sat nav system and they were hopeless, took ages to reply to emails, i paid etc for a saturday delivery and and two saturdays I waited in and no arrival, they then said they would refund me the additional I paid for the saturday delivery and also for a future deliviery they would give me free delivery, well i tried to use them again and no free delivery credit.very annoyed with them, and I wouldnt use them again out of principle, I prefer to pay the extra and get at least some kind of service.
ive been on mnay forums and seen so many people right about bad service i'm surprised that they are still in business, i suppose when you sell things cheaply people dont expect too much.Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0 -
agreed, i have been a regular customer in the past and was aware of their reputation but balanced that with the savings. Fine when it worked but my last order went wrong and they never resolved it. i won't use them again.0

In a rush but just want to quickly add my agreement to the above posts, they are useless.
I also find they are not as cheap compared to others as they used to be.0 -
I'm surprised at all this - I've bought many things from them and had good service. A broadband router stopped working after 11 months and they changed it with no quibbles.0

Ive often heard people mention their bad experiences with ebuyer, but personally i have never had any problems with them.
Any small problems i have had have been resolved straight away.
Ive used them a few times with the most expensive item i bought off them was a laptop.
It arrived when they said it would.0 -
have used ebuyer many times and cannot fault them...think that they are FABcymru am byth! lick up the reggae!0

There are many bargains to be had at ebuyer and I visit there site all the time. I have never had a bad experiance with them, even when I have returned goods because I had ordered the wrong thing. There returns and customer service is supposed to have been improved but I still hear of ppl having problems. If your quite layed back and can put up with, sometimes, a shoddy customer services, then I doubt you will find it a problem.
There competative prices are why they are one of the more popular websites but obviously they have to cut corners. If there returns/goods/cust services were the best on the internet I bet there prices would reflect this.
When I am shopping for pc goods ebuyer is my first port of call.MSE:-)MoneySpendingExpert (-:0 -
My twopenneth - subscribe to the email so you have an idea of the cost of products, then use someone like https://www.lowestonweb.com or https://www.tekheads.co.uk who will price match. I have used all three and to be honest I've never had any problems.0

the story with ebuyer seems to be they are very good price wise when things go according to plan but are hopeless when things go wrong (certainly my experience) - i suppose its up to the individual if they want to take the chance0
