Any one else have these problems post BR?

CTC is not a problem relating to BR. Its just one of those things. They do random checks on claims and what possibly triggered it was the mess up with the CB - as the 2 departments do share info. So if the system suddenly states you are not getting CB, but still getting CTC, then it would be flagged up quite quickly.
I cannot help with getting them to sort it though. There is a poster, subsoniccoyote, that I believe works for CTC. Perhaps you could PM and although there is no way she can sort a private case, she may be able to offer help in contacting the right people to sort it.0 -

Can you shed any light on this? Its not so helpful!Broken_hearted wrote: »british gas like any other company has the right to refuse any customer.
Im a little concerned that utility companies you owe nothing to have the right to refuse an existing customer - should i be worried now?
Ive found ctc to be very helpful - they changed me to giro immediately. CB wouldnt change to giro, but have halted payments into my frozen account until i ring them with my new account details. Its left me skint, but at least i know i will get the money at somepoint!Number 001 of 2009! :T0 -

Of course they do. But, I'd been a customer for a long time and didn't owe them any money. If I hadn't gone bankrupt then would they have just written to me one day to close my account? I don't think so.
I just thought it would help others to know that it was a possibility they could have problems with their utilities post BR without owing them any money.0
