    DD - I am not wonder woman honestly but I have really started to enjoy my running...blows away the cobwebs and gets the endorphins pumping...

    Got my 2nd weigh in tomorrow, not sure how much I will have lost but I am hoping for 4lbs secretly....that would be 1lb off a stone:confused: right....

    the not having to worry about food has been great, its given me the freedom to not worry about food (or cooking or washing up)

    i'm always washing up! my shaker, my hand blender, my smoothie maker!! it's never ending!!

    sammy - glad you're enjoying the running... i do hope i can pull the run out the bag tomorrow night!!!! 2.5-3 miles hill work!! :eek: wish i had ran on monday now, route was easier!!!
