My cupboard and attics are like a bookshop. I was selling some things last year but it was like parting with babies. I could never own a bookshop as i would sell nothing until i had read everything..I also like Stephen Fry.
Currently reading Cathy Reichs

After that i am going to re read David Niven's the Moons a balloon..love that book.

Oh and the Larkrise to Candleford book.
Stephen Frys book is fantastic, very frank. If you can get it, read it.
I live right inthe middle of the area that Lewis Carrol based the chequer board in Alice in Wonderland ( Otmoor ) and go to work driving across Lark Rise to Candleford (Juniper Hill near Brackley where the Author lived ( Flora Robson?):D stay wonky

Not just me 'multiple reading' then. I'll try any book, sometimes they just dont click though. I've just given up on Ben Okri 'The Famished Road'
if anyone wants a great, funny read, get 'A Brief History of Tractors in Ukranian' its really funny ( and not about tractors )
Bookie....there has been a second book to that one I thnk, is there any way you could find out?
Yeah, I tend to have different books in different rooms!
Only one I've given up recently was a present from a friend - The Island by Victoria Hislop - had potential to be a great story but thought it was SO badly written!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
