Bank Charges can I still claim

Can anyone help here.

Can myself and my husband still apply about unfair bank charges and credit card charges even though all my debts are now with paypal (debt management company)

My bank and my husbands bank account and credit card company debts accounts werewhat we think closed and passed to debt collection agencies which we are paying off very slowly over the next 15 years.

We ended up in debt to about 58,000
Roughly.

21,000 bank loan to clear off most credit cards
12,000 bank loan to clear off credit cards
25,000 credit cards debts


Can we still approach our old banks and credit card companies even though we have entered into a payment plans.

We got to the stage of not being able to meet monthly payments etc.. so ended up with missed payment charges, overlimit fees etc..

What is the deadline for filing for these charges or is it too late.

If anyone can advise, it would be greatly appreciated.

You can still claim charges back for the last 6 years from those banks and credit card providers, but you will have to disclose any amounts received to any company dealing with those payment plans. Hope that helps.
