Changes to terms for MBNA

Dear All,

This may have already been raised, if so I do apologize upfront. I have received a change in terms and conditions with my MBNA card today. They have change the default charges from £12 to an administration fee which could vary. Surely this is against the ruling of the other year!

Any thoughts about this from anyone?

Tony

What exactly does the new clause say?
