Shares ISA question

Options
Hello,

I've had a few different questions so bare with me please. I was just wondering. If you put money in to a Shares ISA this year, and then put more money in after april, do you have to pay 2 lots of annual charges for as long as you've got money in both. Or is it just one annual charge and you can keep putting more money in after april each year?

I've got a dealing account with squaregain so thinking of going with them.

Cheers

You might pay an annual charge which is a percentage of your total ISA holding (made up of different contributions each year). With some products this is capped at say £50 per year plus vat, so once you have enough of a holding, your annual charges don't then go up when you invest more in future years. (Of course the managers of your wrapper can still put the price up every year or so!).

Either way, you will only see one consolidated annual charge on your statement. The only way you will see two annual charges is if you use two wrapper managers.

Squaregain charge a flat fee of £6.25 per quarter - so do go with them, thats where I have my shares isa :)

And no, only ONE lot of annual fee

Yes Squaregain charge an annual fee of £25 for the ISA, but you can get £75(or more) back with using a referal, see HERE
