CCJ - Ill have loads before I get a date :-(

Hello Got a ccj this morning for my water, I already have one for a CC, am I right in thinking these cant be included in my BR, by the time I get a date all my debts might have gone to CCJ, Help............

Yes, it would be included in your shortfall.

In the meantime if you get any more CCJ papers be sure to fill in the Acknowledgment saying that you are defending the whole claim. This will give you a further 14 days to get your BR declared. When are you hoping to go BR? It looks like you need to get a move on!
