yeah my bf said to do that, i will do thanks, reckon they can do anything about it?x
Not sure, they should do because they cant say you'll get a bag valued at £50 (or whatever) then not put that amount in! make sure you email head office, think they deal with it quicker than customer services.I've just sent my email there as yesterday i sent it to customer services.

Does anyone know whether Coventry store have any £15 left?
I went to the coventry store yesterday about 10am ish, with my friends as she wanted a grab bag (I'd bought a £15 one the day before) and they had no £15 bags left but loads of £5 bags, BUT the lovely sales assistant said if my friend wanted a £15 bag she would make one up if we waited 10 mins or so. Its worth ringing up and asking if they have enough stock left to make one up.:A I WILL NOT USE MY SWITCH CARD:A0 -
OK anyone going to the Cardiff store today? If so please please please can you get me 2x£15 bags or the equivalent of (i.e 3x£10 or 2x£10 & 2x£5 etc) I would be eternally grateful and could pick them up on the weekend or would be happy to pay postage. I live in Newport and can't get in today but just phone and they Have Bags as of now! but they aren't allowing you to reserve and I can't get in until tomorrow night! They think the bags will be available until this afternoon but probably not tomorrow night!Never give up the dream! :beer:0

email sent to head office, thanks. yeah i feel a bit of a mug, like i should have said something at the time but i dint know what was in it. the staff are normally really nice. i also dont want to sound ungrateful but the only reason we are buying these is cos we expect them to have £50 worth in.
oh well, sounds like some of you got really good stuff, im not bitter about it at all haha.x0 -

Note Christmas Morning is a Bubble bar - the solid bubble bath. You need to crumble it under hot running water for the best effect.
Christmas Party & Snowdrops are ballistics, just drop into pre-run bath. Have heard peple say Snowdrops is good if you've got a cold coming on.0 -
I went and bought one of the 15 quid bags and i must join in the disapointed bunch.
It had one small gift box (2 items)
about 10-11 bath ballistics and a shower jelly.
I got this from sheffield fargate,
I think its a little green eyed envy as reading on here and seeing how much others have got in their bags.
Its still good value just not as good as others!!More [STRIKE]knowledge[/STRIKE] stuff then sense
