I called customer service!
They told me its BUY the bags- your not supposed to get them free!
person on the phone sounded really like " oh no..." so I think if you have had your bags for free- be very very happy- you got a very good deal! the bags are infact supposed to be sold separately!
it said something different at 8.30am( on the line of spend £5 £10 or £15 and get a grabbit bag free)and if you think about all the shops that did the spend £15 on products and get a free £15 grabbit bag they out weigh the shop that didn't0 -
does anyone have any of the Christmas Kisses bubble bars that they would like to swap or sell?! I love them and contacted Lush a couple of weeks ago to ask if they had any stock, they said they were sold out everywhere
and now loads of people have them in their grabbit bags! If anyone can help it would be muchly appreciated! x

Has anyone else noticed that the gift box contents add up to less than the original cost of the box?
In my £10 bag I got:
1 Ballistic Chocolate Santa £3.25
1 Ballistic Mr Butterball £1.95
1 Ballistic Lush Pud £2.65
1 Snow Fairy £2.95
1 B Electro £2 approx
1 Twinkle set £7.95 (Includes twinkle bb £2.75, Shimmy Shimmy Glitter Bar £3.50 Total= £6.25
1 Christmas Parcel set £14.50 (Includes Spice curls soap £2.75, Porridge soap £2.50, Olive branch shower gel £3.75 , Gold Frankincense and Beer Jelly £2.75 Total= £11.75:eek:
This means my bag was worth £30.80 (unless 2 boxes are worth £4!)
This is rich coming from a company who are trying to reduce packaging.
I think this is very very cheaky of Lush and I should be thinking twice before buying any of their gift sets again.:A Shoppaholic Spendaholic Student :A0 -

Yes, you have to pay for the packaging. They do say that on the signs instore and on the website too.
Aaaw.
My son's girlfriend is in Manchester, and he asked her to go to Lush for me and she's got me two £15 bags. Bless her. She's bought them before she's been shopping too, so she has two massive bags to carry around all afternoon! And it's raining. I've told him she must stay indoors till it stops!!0 -
Southampton store only had £5 bags left today - stuff was all nicely wrapped in bags but mine didn't have £15 worth in only £11 - i know i still got more than my moneys worth but if it says theres £15 worth in the bag it should be to that value! Have emailed them about it and awaiting response.0
