Lush grabbit bags starts on 26th

Hi Aliiyn,
Oxford had some of the smaller bags in the window last night (I would guess at £5 or £10 ones, couldn't see any £15 ones). However, I've pasted what was in my bag from there below, as they all seem to be pretty much the same, and there is less variety of products than others have got, plus no gift sets or shower items, so just depends on what you are after (& if you like Mr. Butterballs!!) Also, there was less than £50 worth of products in both of my £15 bags- around £45, which would suggest they are running low on stocks
HTH
Thanks Tiara for the heads up! I went in today and they had some of the £5 bags left. The one I got contained:
3 Mr Butterballs £1.95 each
1 Christmas Morning Bubble Bar £2.95
Piece of Christmas Cake Soap £4.57
1 Go Green solid perfume £4.84 (Not sure about this one. Can't decide if it smells fresh and lovely or more like something to ward off mozzies!)
Am happy as I have been meaning to try Lush products for a while but the cost and very stinky shops have always put me off browsing! With any luck, there might be some more £5 bags left tonight and I can pick one up for my friend :T0 -
Went yesterday to Cardiff to get a £15 grabbit bag at around 1.30 but was told they were all sold out and that one woman had brought 12 of the £15 bags!!!
So had to go again today with the baby and managed to get a bag.
Had a look on ebay and a lady from Cardiff is selling 'Huge Lush collection' containing the exact contents of my bag
6 gift boxes
3 ballistics
2 soaps
for wait for it........ £48.00!!!! and £7.00 p&p!!! and shes got quite a few bags to sell!!0 -
Guess the website was changed while I was at lunch lol!
Just phoned Cardiff. They are out at the moment but hoping to have stock in tomorrow morning or Saturday morning. They also said if I call back tomorrow they may be able to reserve one for meNever give up the dream! :beer:0 -
Thanks Kimmy, the soap must be worth nearly £5 in that case because the Yuletide price on the box was £7.37 and the Snow fairy was £2.89.
I suppose it is still a bargain, it just doesn't seem as good as the £15 bags I had my heart on.0 -
Mmmm, I,ve just opened the £15.00 Lush bag I bought in Basingstoke this morning and I'm disappointed - Can't tell you what it's worth, there is just a jumble of stuff in the bottom of the bag! none of it wrapped and all the crumbly things have left bits over the 'gel' type things. d'you think this is acceptable or shoud I take it back?0

Well I ended up buying 2 of the £15 bags from the Buchanan street store last night. There seemed to be loads of all sizes of bags behind the counter but not any out on display.
They were both packed to the brim with goodies and smelt lovely on the way home on the train. Both had 4 gift boxes each and then a selection of bubble bars and ballistics (approx 10 in each pack) so I am very happy. Just desperately trying to convince myself I don't need to go in again!!
Not sure what one of the items is though - its a large pink star shaped soap bar or massage bar with gold glitter all over it. It feels a bit lile a massage bar with the slight melting when holding it, but I'm not convinced its a massage bar. Could it be some kind of Christmas edition Angels Delight soap? Its more the pinky colour of rock star soap though so I'm a bit confusedAny ideas?

I made a 3 hour round trip to Merry Hill today, to be told they are sold out and not expecting any more stock. I was also told that the Birmingham store has no stock either.0

If you're prepared to go without a grab-bag altogether if they have none left to swap, I'd take it back. Sounds like very shoddy packing of expensive goods, and they shouldn't be presented like that even if they are on sale. I think you've just put out the impulse I've been trying to ignore to check out Lush tomorrow. I would be very disappointed with a bag like that.0 -

Thanks x
I went yesterday (4.30pm) and they had very little: a handful of £5 bags, no £10 and no £15 bags though there were about 7 reserved.
I asked for a £15 bag and the really nice shop assistant went upstairs to look for some more as the manager said there might be 3 more. Well she found only one - in the toilet!!!(methinks someone had hidden it away) and she sold it to me.
I don't have time to list what was in it but probably about £43 worth.
My 9 year old daughter bought a £5 bag which had 2 gift boxes -£17 worth.
It looked as if they were making up some more as there were lots of stuff (bars etc) lying around behind the desk.0 -

Not sure if I applaud her or hate her! Lush and Next should seriously limit how much stuff people can buy. I am gonna watch her sales, if she does well I may have to copy her next year!! No seriously,Ii don`t think I could go in and ask for 12..... 3 or 4 maybe!!:D0
