Is it ornagy red and grainy and sort of cinnamonny/gingery? could be spice curls soap- I got this in my Christmas parcel at xmas, if nit is its made for your body- sort of stimulating and exfoliating. Not used it yet as am not too keen on the smell!

No, it's not grainy at all! It's a really dark red.

my bags contained the same as yours but the lady in front of me tried to buy £30 worth of goods to get her free grab bags and was told by staff she did not need to buy goods that you just paid for grab bags that was at 10 oclock this morning strange that different staff do it differnt things(lady in front of me decided to put stuff back and pay fro grab bags only)i

I went into Trafford Centre at approx 1pm & went to try & pay for £10 grab bag, but two assistants said I couldn't "buy" one (her words were "You can't buy them like Lucky Bags") she said they were a GWP & I had to buy either £5, £10 or £15 of goods then I'd get one free. So I bought some cuticle cream, a lip balm & a vitamin thingy (70p!) to take my total over £10!! As I'm a Lush virgin, I've no idea what I've got or how much it costs, but it smells lovely!!

    I think I got

    Mr Butterball £1.95?
    Chocolate Santa x 2 £6.50?
    Marzibain £2.50?
    Christmas Kisses £2.25?
    Lush Pud x 2 £5.18?
    Christmas Morning £2.95?
Let them eat cake lip balm £4.40?
A piece of brown soap that I can't identify (& smells wierd!!)
    100ml of Snow Fairy

Can't find prices for the last two items, but based on prices supplied on other peoples post, its £25 plus the 2 others, so its unlikely it would be £10 for a tiny bar of brown soap & a small bottle of shower gel? Doesn't seem like £35 of products to me?

The SA also said that they were all identical in each price range & also that they had run out of things for the £50 bags. They also said that they had rung Customer Services in order to check they were selling them correctly, as someone had queried the wording on their email & they were told that they were definitely to be sold as a GWP & not as an individual item! They asked me what I'd read but I just gave the "My friend told me" line, as I'd read it on here!! I didn't complain, though, as I then got £10 of products AND a £35 bag!! Bargain!!

I wish now I'd spent the extra £5 & got a £50 bag!! And by the look of it, my other nearest store (Arndale) has no stock, either, from a previous post!! Boo hoo!!

    Suzi xx

    In my £15 bag:

    Rockin Robin set
    Secret Santa set
    Twinkle set
    Xmas parcel set
    Frothy the snowman bubble bar
    Candy cane bubble bar
    ruby red slippers
    yellow bath bomb
pink bath bomb with petals in it or something?
and a horrible smelling red soap! Anyone any idea what it is?
Though despite it, I think I got a good haul. :D

Does the soap smell quite sweet / fruity ? Im thinking it could be godmother ? this starts off pink but tends to go a darker to almost purpley red.
  • if anyone has any lip balms or solid perfumes surplus, I'd be very interested in swapping or buying them

So there seems to be a difference depnding on where you go, for some people its buy the bag only, for others its gift with purchase only.

I am now wondering if I should go back with my recipet and claim £15 worth of non christmas stock as I paid the £15 for my bag! Anyone else in the same boat?

I got a few of the £5 bags since they had no others at the m.hill store.

I was really pleased....each bag had a several soaps in and bath bombs and a gift box...one of the soaps was worth £9!!!!.

Can't wait to start using it all.
