I got my bags from London Liverpool Street station and am very pleased with the contents. All the items are wrapped (even the soaps and bath bombs) and are in good quality. Most of the soaps have weight/price stickers on them.
Staff were actively recommending the bags to customers and pointed out that they didn't have that much stock left. Quite a few bags were reserved for later pick-up too. Staff also pointed out that the value of each bag varied, but they seemed to give good realistic RRPs. I am chuffed with my contents.
The icing on the cake was the freebie sample of Ice Blue soap I got! :p

BTW thank you very much OP for posting this, without your post I wouldn't have known about this offer and would have missed out. :A

I'm all swapped and sorted now, that was great!
It seems some people are getting some really good variety and others much less.
My Dad is the happiest man in the land as he adores the Xmas cake soap and I had 4. There were none left when he wanted to go and buy some so he was really pleased and he's been ill for a year so it's nice to put a smile on his face.

I'd say safe swaps, near the original stores could make everyone as happy as me :)

Obsessing about remortgaging and interest rates all day, every day:)

    Stop it ...........

I am 40 miles from my nearest lush store and cant get near one until Saturday. I became addicted to Lush after last years grab bags and spent nearly £400 last year on it. My stash is sooo depleted and I bet if I do a trip on Saturday they wont have any left.

    I want one ...................

Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

I went into the Watford store at lunchtime and all the £5 bags were gone. They wouldn't let me use my 10% off voucher either. I bought one of the £15 bags and it was one gift box, a shower jelly and lots of loose soaps and bath stuff - some of which has broken already. I'm a little disappointed having seen what some other people have got. I'm about to try adding it up now but I might need some help identifying things.

I went there too - they wouldn't let me use my 10% off voucher either. I also got the £15 bag, which sounds identical to yours - 1 small gift box, 3 huge pieces of soap, and some bubble bars and bath bombs (most of which were crushed), and some shower jelly. The soap and shower jelly I got were the same as the stuff in the gift box - so not much variety. Still not bad for £15 though.
