Just out of interest do lush run any other offers throughout the year like the free stuff and these grab bags, or do we have to wait untill next year for the uber bargains?

The one in Belfast has bags in all sizes, both bath and shower. They were making some more up while I was there. I got a £10 bath and a £5 shower, and both have gift sets in them, though I haven't looked properly.

I just got a £15 bag from Reading (outside Oracle) and got:

    Witches ball £2.95
    Christmas cake slice soap £2.95
    Angel's delight soap £2.15
    Snowcake soap £2.50
    Chocolate santa £3.25
    Double fast luck emotibomb £2.25
    Mr Butterball £1.95
    Rockin Robin gift box £10.95
    Happy shower gift box £6.50
    Secret Santa gift box £5

It was worth about £40, so not amazing but still quite good.

I wonder if you could take it back and say that they are advertising £15 bag worth £50 of goods (its on the website) and you bag contained less than £50?

I phoned the Metro Centre branch at 11.00am this morning to ask if they would reserve me a£15.00 bag to pick up tonight but the SA said all£15.00 bags sold in the first 15 mins of the store opening and they wouldn't reserve me one as 'they were busy enough making them up without having to put them away for pepole' I'm gutted she also said she was doubtfull there'd be any left tonight.:(

I was at Metrocentre around 11.30ish today and there was no evidence instore of bags although they did have signs on the windows. I asked what the offer was and she said all the £15 bags went straight away - said people were waiting outside when shop opened but I got a £10 bag which had

    Twinkle Gift set
    Yuletide Gift Set
    White Christmas Gift Set
    Secret Santa Gift set
    Snodrops bath ballistic
The Witches Ball bubble bar slice
    Snowcake soap

For £10 I was more than happy!

Mine was £45.00ish, I'd imagine they'd say something like 'the value of the total bag including individual prices of items in gift boxes would make the total value £50.00+'

Maybe they will say that, maybe they won't, it's worth a try.

It's worth a try definitly, they are undercutting you by £10 after all. Take your price breakdown instore and point out that there wasn't the correct amount in there.

They may point to a sign that says (in small letters) "Up To £50", but don't take that crap as the site clearly says "Spend £15 get £50 worth" no "Up To" on there.

When I went in two people in front of me were getting £5 bags. When I got to the till the staff were talking and saying that they only had one £15 bag behind the till but that they had more bags upstairs. It wasn't busy at all but I don't know if they'll last until Wed.
Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that who cares? He's a mile away and you've got his shoes.
