My Mum was speaking to a SA at the Merry Hill store today where they have sold out - SA said one woman brought 20 £15 bags:eek: no wonder they sold out (I know that was totally allowed but wonder if she had a trolly to push them all in:rotfl: )

I am resisting ringing Birmingham and Solihull til Sat am to see if by any chance they have any bags left - fingers crossed;) If anyone hears of any West Midlands stores having any bags left do post!

I still like seeing what everyone got in their bags!

I enjoyed unpacking my Crabtree abd Evelyn box of 85% sale goodies tonight but not as fun as a Lush box - lacking that Lush smell/glitter and popcorn:rotfl:

Phoned Merry Hill and Birmingham earlier. Both said they were expecting more stock on Friday.

Anyone know if they still have any bags left in Norwich? First chance to go in is tomorrow after work - I'm not holding out much hope!
  • Although I like to think i'm a proper lush fan I think there are others on here far more knowledgable about the products than me so without scare mongering anyone would like to double check something. A few years ago I was in a Lush store abroad and had my little girl with me. The SA told me to be careful using the bath bombs in her baths because of the oils? I think she insinuated it could lead to cystitis (as far as my translation would make out).
Now i've never heard anyone else say this since and tbh i've never asked until now, it's just something i've not done and have always bought her the ikkle babys instead.

After people mentioning the woman selling the load of 15 pound bags she bought in cardiff? I checked it out on ebay but didn't see them. Have they ended already?
I'm gobsmacked at the amount of stuff on there. All unwanted gifts of course, just so happens everyone's decided to sell unwanted xmas gifts this week :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I'll miss this thread when it's gone
  • hi mnc, i went in this morning and was told they've sold out and aren't expecting anymore:mad:
  • True but would be happier if I didn't get the sad sack with 8 puds and £15 of one type of soap. Can't help feeling hard done by, sure no one would want all 8 puds:(

It wasn't a personal dig at anyone. My first bag was the same, dissappointing not being varied but price wise was a fab bargain. I've just about worked out who I can give all my soap away to and it was a sruggle I had so much.

I'll swap you eight chunks of xmas pud and snowflake soap for your eight puds though:rotfl:

Thanks strawberry shortcake I expected as much! Typical!! Is it just me or does the Norwich Lush never really seem to have many of the offers/special deals!?
I so wish they'd done them online this year - I would have gladly received bashed up bath bombs!

    Lush shops are addictive:D

Ive shopped in there for years and use to buy mail order from cosmetics to go - where Lush originated from years back.....

I love the fact nothing is tested on animals and more and more of the ranges are vegan:j and the sales staff are so helpful and friendly - Lush is a fab shopping experience!

Thank you for that - I feel I might be in with a good chance of getting a bag now on Fri/Sat after all my 'will there be any left by the weekend worries':D

    Hello nicalodian,

Some products, usually bubble bars, do cause my teenage daughter, some cystitis type problems.
The doctor always told me never to put anything in her bath when she was little...but that's boring for a teenager.

She just accepts it as 'one of those things' and in a few days it clears up.

We just treated ourselves to 2 x £15 and 1 x £5 bags from Lincoln, and they are ordering more stock. Got enough huge bars of snowcake to last all year, didn't originally like it...but after my bath, it's such good value, I'm liking it more.

    Regards
    Munchie
