Help New LCD - No Signal

Help...Just got new LCD tv delivered today. Just plugged it in daughers bedroom upstairs and its coming up on the tv - No signal ? ( this logo just moves down the screen.
i tried the old portable tv into the ariel and it worked fine. how can i check what the problem is.
Dont want to say its a fault with the tv if it could be something else .....

The aerial signals probably fine for normal analogue tv, but not strong enough for digital freeview reception
Have you tried to AUTO TUNE?
What tv is it exactly?

Maybe the TV is looking for a signal on a scart, hdmi or PC input?
You'll need to check the instructions to find how to set it to display whatever digital/analogue TV it can from the aerial.

it wont let get to auto tune it just says no signal and nothing happens when i try to click anything on the remote control to programme it
