Hello there again,,

I am trying to install my webcam ..but the disc wont load ,,,,,,can someone help me please

It will not autorun

also I have Clicked ,,Start/Run/D://

and still it wont run

If you are on XP, a window should open when you insert the disc where you get an opportunity to open a folder to look at the contents of the disc. There should be an exe file you van click on to get things moving.

If not try going into "My computer" and right click the drive and then "Explore".

sorry I still can get it too run..

when I ''explore'' PRESARIO_RP // it still does not open the disc,,this is driving me spare

the last webcam was so easy to install

Hmm! Sounds like a duff disc - have you any recourse to the supplier?

try a seach on google for drivers for your cam, or even the manufacturers website may have a downloadable set up.
then you won't need a disk

I just exchanged it as I thought the other disc was duff

its only a tesco value webcam. techweb 1

3352,,,,,,,,, that was the amount of problems on my computer ,,,but it only fixed 100 of them and wants me to upgrade ...at a cost of £21,,odds
