 It just got better.....Reed Rains have just been round to value my house ....a laughingly low valuation :rotfl: but what make it worse was..I said to her that at the end of the day I can sell it for what I want..she agreed but REFUSED to let us go with them!! She said it wouldnt be worth wasting her time  (Ive had two reasonable evaluations but one was way too high on fees Hfx 1.8% and APS...too low key but 1% fees) Got William Brown and Your Move coming next week.Sorry no links in signatures by site rules - Forum Team 20

It will be interseting to compare Reed Rains with Your Move as Reed Rains were purchased by Your Move last year. Don't choose the agent you use by the fee they charge, choose the agent who is going to offer the best service and is most suitable to market & sell the type of property you have. If an EA can't negotiate a decent fee for the services they provide, what chance is their of them negotiating a decent sale price foryour home?0

WELL.........Yes VERY interesting......Reeds Rains valued it at £158000 and Your Move....wait for it.........................£210000!!!!!!!!!! Now then....what do you make of THAT????Sorry no links in signatures by site rules - Forum Team 20
