Section 75 Refund

in Credit cards
I have bought some goods via credit card from a furniture company which have been partly delivered. They state cash flow problems are preventing final delivery although the contract states they will deliver within 20 days. No one in authority will reply to email or phone calls although the showroom still answer the phone.
Can I claim under Section 75 even though the company are seemingly not yet in administration?
Or is there some other way of claiming the money for non-delivery of goods.
