Free call to UK landlines via your PC

This site has been brought to my attention today http://www.voipstunt.com/en/instructions.html it's a little like Skype but apparently you can make Free telephone calls to any land line via your PC in the UK and too many other country's also.
I have not tried it myself,has anyone else used this ???
