Since GE Capital have sold the Debenhams card to Banco Santander on 7th Jan 09 - Has anyone else found their Debenhams statement shows their payment taken this month and when they look at their bank account the direct debit has not gone through?
I have rang them to point this out but am getting nowhere and being told not to worry!!! Checked with my bank the DD is live and they haven't rejected anything.
