Wanted free database to store Training record

Hi I looking for a free database to store training records and student details. Would like to be able to pull off status reports so I can track whose training is not uptodate or past it's completion date. I have Access 2003 but don't have enough experience to create my own, get confused when trying to link tables to get all the correct data. Thanks

There are free alternatives to Access 2003 such as Mysql and OpenOffice Base. However I don’t think your going to find an easier free database to use than Access 2003. If your struggling with Access you won’t find these alternatives any easier, especially mysql. I’d stick with Access and learn how to use it.

Access is about as easy as (modern) databases get. You could use Excel, and maybe write some VBA code to act as a GUI...
