Can I post to find a website contributor?

I'd like to post a request for a Consumer Rights Blogger to contribute to my website.
I thought I'd check first whether it would be acceptable to post that request here with a more detailed description of what I am looking for, and which board I should use (the Money Savers Arms, perhaps)?
The role is not (unfortunately!) paid.
