has anybody had problems with getting the heat coupon to scan please?
Wouldn't scan for me either but very nice SA took it and typed in 66p moc.
The Bernard Matthews one for 20p wouldn't scan either...didn't bother pushing for her to take that , will use it next week when the store isn't as busy.

    http://white.visitscotland.com/promotions/

    40p off Mature Orkney Cheddar.

Lets you print as many as you like, expiry date 30/04/2009.

If the link doesn't work, just google "visit scotland white" and click on promotions and you should see a few offers including the coupon.

Anyone used the for goodness shakes coupon?

Just printed them, but they don't look right, so won't be using.

I have used some of these and sometimes the SA has to type in number

Not shown on Tesco.com or Mysupermarket as being stocked so unless you actually see it in your branch it might be wise to avoid using this one, sadly.....

Will look out for it at T tomorrow but it isn't a very big branch so I suspect not stocked, like the Herbashine 50p which I had handed back to me the other day .........

Edit: Mclelland website states stockists below.....Is that Co-op in Scotland only or all stores in Scotland only????:confused::confused:
Stockists: Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Somerfield, Waitrose, Co-op in Scotland only
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)

Can someone, please, update us on the latest Tesco and Asda coupons policy.
It seems that all Tescos are having their own individual policies ignoring head office official coupon policies.

I have been arguing with Tesco supervisors and Asda have taped the coupon slot.

The policies are as shown on page one, posts 1 and 2 on this thread.

They haven't changed recently but you'll see that Asda no longer allow coupons without buying the product.

Arguing with Tesco Supervisors is never a good idea BTW. Read the correct policy here, copy & paste a copy of it & print it out, then write to your Store Manager calmly & politely explaining your embarrassment at the checkout when you know the Tesco coupon policy - which you are enclosing. Deliver the letter by hand in an envelope marked with the SM's name and 'private & confidential' (you can get the name at the CS desk).

Don't word your letter as a complaint, more like a customer who knows the policy and can't understand why the staff seem not to. This worked at my local and some others have had success with writing in to their store as well. The way I look at it, even if you get it confirmed that your store doesn't allow internet prints but will allow one of each of other mocs (for instance), then you know where you are and can show the letter next time.

Supervisors won't argue about a letter from their own Store Manager.

And I wouldn't ever phone Dundee on the matter - apart from anything else it's alerting Tesco to the volume of customer queries over coupons if you phone a call centre. Keep it at store level IMHO. Dundee are not HO and have no clout over stores. Moreover, half of their call centre staff don't know the coupon policy so make things worse if they start saying something stupidly wrong! That happened to me once and I had to ask the Dundee chap for HIS Manager who still didn't know the coupon policy!!
