keira has your sister PROVED the house is in her name, I'm wondering if she has told you and your brother this in the hope you will not dispute it.

When you go to the solicitors try and have dates of orginal house sale, new house purchase, solicitors used, any bank names and branches you know of.

Also if your sister is using 3 names can you remember when each one was changed? As you can only legally have one name I'm assuming she has more as she has been married / divorced?

I think the solicitor who dealt with the sale will be the key person to prove what happened to the proceeds from the sale and who paid for the purchase and so how any change of ownership has happened.

    Good Luck
