Can anyone with BT now get 0870 and 0845 free?

Just had a letter from BT confirming this - so long as you make the call during the period when calls are free (weekends only for Option 1 and evenings and weekends for Option 2). More details here: http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/consumerProducts/displayTopic.do?topicId=25502
However in the same letter, they have also hidden away the fact that the basic line rental is going up by £1 per month from April 1st!!0 -

I think the Tv adverts have been misleading as you might think it was free at any time. Website not very user friendly and operator unsure as to his facts. I shall carry on using www.saynoto0870.com to find an alternative number!0
