Move contents of media centre to iphone

Hi All,
Just bought a Iphone, and all my music is on Microsoft media centre, is there an easy way to transfer this music to Itunes so I can sync with the Iphone etc

All the music will be stored in a folder somewhere on your PC
Just open iTunes and (I think) File>import Navigate to the folder and select all the tracks. iTunes will then import it all into itself ready to sync
