Hi,
Does anyone know if I need to purchase a "special" travel adaptor kit for my mains charger to work outside the UK?
I was hoping to just use a normal travel adaptor (in Europe) and plug the mains charger into that. Apple sell a "travel adaptor kit" for £28. Do I really need one?

Most chargers are dual voltage, just check on the back of it between the pins, or if the charger is in line it'll be written on the base somewhere. Then all your need is the standard travel adapter. All my chargers for my Apple and PC kit are dual voltage, so work almost everywhere.0

Haven't bought a charger yet, but I'll check for that when I do. Thanks.0
