Its a bit quiet on here, hope you are all feeling OK? This is supposed to be the most depressing day of the Year evidently.
Well that was a cheery thought, sorry:D .
I have some GOOD news...Xmas 2007, Mother tripped over a badly worn doormat coming out of a Hotel, poor lighting too. Broken nose, broken glasses, bruised leg, hip etc ( shes 76 ). Left with a deviated septum which is a nasty op to correct ( two black eyes after! ) and painful knee.
Typical eldrly person.....I shant bother claiming, I should have looked where I was going. Anyhoo, I have been taking her through the Claim with her Solicitor and......£6400 woo hoo!:D stay wonky :D
....one-way ticket to Portugal booked !0 -

Thanks all, its been difficult cos she has wanted to settle at every figure that was offered......starting at £400 for new glasses and coat!
