Just logged into Quidco, there's a box for a Paypal e-mail address which I didn't fill in, then just the normal boxes for account no. & sort code but I s'pose it might look a bit different as it's already completed - IYSWIM

    Afternoon all

It's really chilly here today with the wind....I don't like having the heating on when I'm home alone but I've got to the "so cold that I'm feeling tired" stage....should warm up fairly quickly now the heating's on....well I hope anyway.

I've made some lovely "bottom of the fridge" soup - a whole head of celery, 3 carrots, 2 onions and 2 potatoes....blitzed it up and it's calling to me for early lunch...smells lovely.

Not sleeping very well lately, no worries, nothing in particular on my mind so not sure why....I've stripped the bed and hope that nice clean fresh bedding will do the trick tonight.

DD2 goes on a residental trip to France in June - she's year 6 - my eldest DD went on it 2 years ago and it was £160, It's now gone up to £230!! What with DD1 going mountain climbing in wales in 2 weeks time at £205, it's been a hefty start to the year.....the school lark's expensive.

How's everyone getting on with the CD then? I know nothing about it, is it complete meal replacement or can you have proper food too?

  • Hi all - hope everyone is well today. I've just been out in the snow and it's been a bit of a chilly one here in Edinburgh!!!

Painting my hall today and having a friend fit a new lounge light tomorrow so my two hard-earned days off will be very productive!
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
  • Gosh...it's so quiet here today.

I've been lurking for the past few weeks since the new year as the moneysaving went out the window.

I'm realisng that it's a long time since 19th December, and there's still another week til payday

But after that I will be back to my diary and my MSE ways as I'm hoping to save up a bit of cash to move out before I find myself locked up for murder!   But that's a whole other story!!

So today I'm sending hugs to all those who need them, I'm feeling a bit yukky myself, nasty cough n rubbishy throat, but I'm sure I'll get over it!

Loves to those who need them.
