ok let me re-phrase it: Can you do so if the company withheld your bills for no less than 8 months and you were not notified that there were two separate meters? I used a pre-paid meter and thought that this was the only one.

On what possible grounds??? Why do you want to pursue your supplier rather than your landlord? That does not make any sense - what on Earth have E-on got to do with it?0

Agree with KimYeovil, that energy has been used, eon think you are responsible which you are, if there is a problem with you not being able to control it, you need to take that up with the landlord.0

Yup definatley a landlord issue and clearly the Omburdsmen think so to. Firstly if you cant regulate the heaters or turn them off ask the supplier to come de-energise the meter to start.
Visit the CAB and take it up with the Agency. Check your tennancy aggreement and see if you were liable for the second meter and heating."Self trained industry expert who has worked in Electricty Distribution, Electricity & Gas Supply and currently works as an independent consultant in industry processes to particapants in the industry" :eek:0 -
What is the basis of your claim?
Even the ombudsman seems unable to find fault, save for some lack of customer service for which you are being offered £75.
Who do you think should be responsible for paying the leccy bill ... and why?"Now to trolling as a concept. .... If you have a paper trail confirming that you have tried to get the letting agency to rectify a problem with the heaters, I would simply forward the bill to the letting agency with a covering letter detailing all previous communication. As far as Eon are concerned the homeowner/ resident has used electricity from two meters and they are billing accordingly.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
