Buying MS software- help needed.

Hello, I want to buy a copy of MS's 'Visio'. I'd like a legal version in good condition, not necessarily the latest edition either, and (of course!) I want to save money. I've been on ebay but am concerned at getting ripped off or otherwise making a costly mistake there.

I'd be grateful if any reader could help me- perhaps by suggesting other places to buy the software or tips on how to do so more shrewdly on ebay. Thanks.
