Win a White break with Mackies ice-cream - Terms & Conditions

1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
3. Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian's permission to take part & to be awarded prize.
4. Draw closes 31.07.09

7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: 1 x trip for two people for 2 nights to the Fairmont St.Andrews Hotel staying in a deluxe sea front room, including bed and breakfast on both days and a dinner in the Squire restaurant with a complementary bottle of wine valid on one night. Prize also includes one round of golf for two people on the Kittocks Course, St. Andrews valid until 31st October 2009 and a one-hour spa treatment for 2 people in the Fairmont Spa valid until 31st October 2009. 5 runners up will receive a free year of Mackie's ice-cream in the form of 52 vouchers for a free 1 litre tub of Mackie's ice-cream. Vouchers are redeemable at any stockist in the UK.
8. Prize also includes £200 spending money and £150 maximum travel allowance. Travel allowance will be paid once the prizewinner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter's discretion and will be to a maximum of £150 in total.
9. The prize does not include any travel insurance or golfing equipment and must be taken in full by 31st October 2009.
10. All elements of prize package are subject to date availability, are weather dependent, subject to change and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions.
11. Prize is not available on public holidays, Christmas and New Year, Valentine's Day, and is subject to availability.
12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
