What is happening to the Bank Charges?

I have taken my case to court against Barclay's and heard nothing for nearly a year.
Have they forgotten about me? Should I ring the court?
Sorry to ask what might be a stupid question, but I have found the whole process unutterably difficult. I must have been one of the few people that Barclays actually sent a lawyer to when I went to court. The lawyer came up to me beforehand and told me I might as well go home because I was going to lose! I thought it was a bit odd, and when I got in the judge told me my case had been struck off because I had failed to send in the correct information. I had it all with me but didn't realise I was meant to post it. The lawyer was so smug but I argued with the Judge and eventually he was nice and said I could reapply, I did and my case was accepted. but since then I have heard nothing.
