I have used wanadoo since the year dot. I have recently gone onto their broadband and am very pleased. I know they have a special offer of £14.99 for the first 6 months, then it reverts to 17.99. Not necessarily the cheapest but reliable and customer service is good. http://www.wanadoo.co.uk/time/broadbandaccess/?cd_source=arthuradel&linkfrom=Today&link=1&article=TODinternet_access&linkfrom=Today&link=1&article=TODinternet_access

Edit - you may need help in removing AOL as I've heard its a nightmare, someone on here will be able to help, PcHelpman or Intel for example.

you're having a giraffe. wanadoo have the biggest collection of untrained staff you will ever come across. Also if you go over 30gb a month then wanadoo don't want you. They are an amateur isp.

I can't understand why you're paying £21.00 a month when their current price for broadband silver is £17.99. Have you tried phoning them and asking for a better deal?

PlusNet for £14.99 a month is the one I always suggest for people if they are not doing big music or film downloads. Another advantage is their referrals where you can get a discount on your own subscription free of cost to the new user if they provide your user name. PM me if you want any more info on them as I'm not posting this in the referrals board where a referral should be.
