M&S delivery

I wanted to say what a wonderful M&S delivery man it was who helped my mum.
He delivered her TV, set it all up and then spent a while chatting to her ... and why, because not 20 mins before he arrived she had to have her 10yr old labrador put to sleep and she was upset and alone (I could not get to her until work finished) and he just sat, had a cup of tea and listened to her relate doggy stories - what a star.

Could always leave that part out of the letter of praise, and just say how polite and helpful the man was
