Toyota Yaris - 2003 Keyed car

Hi,
Someone has very kindly keyed my car, specifically 12 or so vertical lines an inch long with 6 or so horizontal lines in a hatch effect on the drivers side door. There's a couple of other key marks / lines round the car, maybe 4 - 5 in total (a few inch lines and a couple 4 ish inches long) and I was hoping for the advice on the cheapest, and yet most successful way to sort it out.
Should I just bite the bullet and get it booked into the dealership?
Any suggestions on what it may cost?
(Yaris colour collection 2003 maroon)
Any advice welcome.
Edit: These guys look encouraging:

Oh that's awful, are you able to claim on your insurance, dont know best way to deal with it sorry but hopefully someone else will.only thing i thought of is the tcut but that only covers scratches and these are deeper. some people.wendy x0
-
not the dealership, they will just send it to a local body shop and take a cut for sending it there0
-
I've used chipsaway a few times for smaller scratches and have been very pleased with the results and the cost, but they are a franchise so quality of the repair may vary. There's a limit to what they can do, but there's no harm in asking for a quote.0
-
due to the amount of damage it might be cheaper to get the whole panel sprayed rather than smart repair type job. but if chips away do free quotes then no harm in getting a quote....work permit granted!0
-
Take it to a few bodyshops for quotes.Happy chappy0

Go to Halfords and get them to quote you as long as it is no more than 2 panels damaged. They are not the cheapest but the paint job is gauranteed for 3 years. All the technicians used are trained bodyshop people, not just anybody who wants to do a franchise job !!0

leave it. someone will only come and do it again.
sorry to be negative, but mine's been done a couple of times, plus a couple of dings from tw*ts. (possibly the same people)

Don't leave it. What kind of advice is that? Bad advice. Sure, it may happen again but that's the world we live in. Unless you have a garage then you have to take the risk. Not to fix it though is lunacy. If it's down to the metal then it will rust, no matter what protection it came with from the factory. Then it will look awful and be harder to fix. The more awful it looks the more the vandals won't think twice about ruining it further and the more the value will plummit. Don't let these idiots win.CHEAP doesn't mean ETHICAL0

I had my car keyed 3 times  and I used my local Chipsaway guy for each repair. I am very pleased with the results and the cost was reasonable. I'd get a quote from Chipsway and from some local bodyshops - then compare them.
Nail_Lad - Fixing it doesnt guarantee that it'll be left alone. I had my car keyed 3 times, and each time I got it repaired the same scum keyed it again in exactly the same place. Whoever, It's best to get it fixed before it rusts again.
I'd also consider moving the car/parking elsewhere, as there's a possiblity that it may be keyed again if someone is targetting you for whatever reason...“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”0
