I really shouldn't be drawn into this, but do you really need to refer to people as Jobsworth ******s and ***s ? just be cause they are reluctant to do something which effectively is a loss to them? Maybe if you had a diffrent attitude, you might find they may react differently.

no i shouldn't sorry just didnt feel like wanted to help
    in my opinion
end of the day customer comes first all pc world stores should get the stock for the customers who want it, it would give them good store image and then repeat custom which is worth way more than the £100 loss or whatever the camera mentioned would be.

No problem - hope your sucessful too - Staff are also customers and they should take advantage of these offers too. Unfortunately there are too many people trying to exploit these type of offers and buy more than they need to then sell on and make a quick buck - just take a look at eBay.
  • Do PCworld understand that if you get a good deal you are likely to come back and show loyalty? Think I'll be shopping elsewhere!!

Must be something in the water up there, I found the CS in the Tesco at Copdock the worst I have ever dealt with (and I've dealt with a few ;) )
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)
