forgive me if this information is already available on here, but i have not seen it and thought it might help quite a few moneysavers to track down money they forgot all about!!
track down any old accouns that may have been set up years ago by a loving long lost relation or old accounts you may simply have forgotten about that you had as a child or didnt keep track off if you moved house alot!!!!
give what info you can to these people and happy hunting !!

Hi I do not know if anyone can offer advise. I have had an 25 year endowment policy for 8 years that has index linked options for the first 15 years, which i have taken out every year so far. My question is that is is costing me £115 per month at the momment and will obviously increase over the next 7 years. This is no longer attached to my property as I changed my mortagage type 18months ago.The projected payout is £40,000 and I wonder if there is a better savings plan for me0

Investors' Association
Has campaigned in this area and you will find more stories & ideas on this link. There may be up to £50bn lost investments. The Child Trust Funds will not help. Moving house and death are events that add to the pot stored with banks & insurers. Apparently 61% of us hide funds from our partners and many don't make a will.
