Loads of air in my radiators

I have a small problem with my CH.
It is a glow-worm system about 3 years old in a new build house.
After a recent service visit by BG I have a problem with my radiators gassing up. I need to bleed them on a weekly basis and top up my header tank.
BG are trying to push a power-flush at £400. Other than this problem the CH works fine. There is no water coming out of the overflow (I have never seen any).
Any advice?
Thanks

If this problem did not occur until BG serviced the system i would be inclined to think the service engineer did something to cause it.
If you are having to bleed the rads very regularly then there is a fair amount of air getting into the system somewhere.
If the system was drained and re filled it can take time to get all the air out has that happened recently ?
Other than that all i can think of is that you could have a leaking flange or connection close to the pump which is drawing air into the system ?
I recall an ancient combi we had many years back had some dodgy connections around the pump area and as a result i was forever bleeding the system.0 -
I beleive that you can now buy self-bleeding valves which will release any air out of the radiators. I know this won't solve the problem of the air getting in, but will save you bleeding your radiators every week. I'm not sure how much these cost but If you have a combi boiler though, be sure to make sure the pressure is maintained.
As mentioned before, chances are the seal near the pump is probably not adequate, it may need a new washer, the flanges cleaning or is simply not tight enough - I would presume this will be near the pump inlet where the pressure is lower - hence the water does not leak out.

Most air ingress is down to incorrect configuration of cold-feed and vent on vented systems, powerflushing may remove the resultant sludge but won't address the cause. A competent person needs to assess to current cold-feed and vent arrangement against the manufacturer's requirements.0

If you have a service contract with BG then get them out to sort it out. Part of your cover.0

£400 to flush the system - What they going to use to clean and fill it - Gold dust or diamond powder?

I agree, tell BG that they caused the problem and get them back. I had a thermocouple broken by one fitter so that a perfectly good system was not working after the service. On another occasion the fitter closed off the self bleed screw on the boiler pump so air couldn't get out. I didn't find this until I took a rad off to decorate behind it. When I refitted the rad it introduced air which got trapped in the heat exchanger and the boiler kept overheating.
Checking that your bleed screw is open might help vent your system, but won't solve the problem of air getting in.
