Hello dudes...
I've just got a Bravia KDL-40V4000 but I'm unsure of where I should put the Wii inputs? I don't really want to use the scart adaptor, can I plug in the leads into the sockets at the back? If so, which ones? MTIA

Just plug in the Yellow, White and Red plugs into the relevant slots in the back of your TV - they should be on the side and may say this by the port -
Red - Audio (R)
White - Audio (L)
Yellow - Video0 -

So I have to use the slot on the side? Can I not use any that are on the back?{Signature removed by Forum Team}0 -
Presuming your TV looks something like this from the back (from a quick google search)

Then yes, you have to plug it in at the side because the ports of the back are Component Cables, which you get with a Wii when you first buy them (although you can buy them)0 -

Thats how it looks...
So if I have the original cables that came with my Wii, why can'y I use those on the back?
Sorry, I am a real techo mong..{Signature removed by Forum Team}0 -
If you dont want to use Scart or the supplied RCA cable that means you have to plug it in the side on your TV. Get a 'component cable'. It fits in the back of your tv with 5 (3 video, 2 sound) wires. You get a better quality of picture over scart/rgb.
Here is a link to an official one on play.com http://www.play.com/Games/Wii/4-/3256660/Official-Nintendo-Wii-Component-Video-Cable/Product.html0 -
Ahh, so they don't come with the Wii....a poster a few posts ago said they did..{Signature removed by Forum Team}0
