Hi there ,
I need a new printer as my lexmark X1180 is very very costly to run
So i was looking at the EPSON SX100 as i have heard they are cheap to run and there cartridges last a long time , very sufficient.
But then i was also told HP are quite good
I'm looking to spend around £30 to £40 on the printer and it has to be compatible with vista and be cheap to run with the inks lasting a long time too
Any opinions are gratefully received
Thank you
P.S. what are your experiences with the epson SX100???

The SX100 doens't get a great review here or here but OK reviews here. Try narrowing down you search by using a service like http://alatest.co.uk/reviews/printer-reviews/c3-31/?v1=local~1&v2=alascore~74~A&v3=price~70~D&ov1=local~1&ov2=alascore~74~A0

£30 seems cheap for a printer there is bound to be some compromise0 -
I saw this printer in Comet the other day £29.odd plus there 10% off code on their website. They had another one next to it that was £59.odd reduced from £117.odd but I can't remember what it was. Might help if you can go and look at them0
