me working, partner on IB help with council tax?

Hello all!!
i am due to start a job in the next couple of weeks (20hrs a week, minimum wage) and my partner receives incapacity benefit (short term higher rate). will we be able to get any help with the council tax at all?? My partner also gets dla but we are not entitled to the disability reduction of council tax benefit.
I am trying to work out a budget and cannot find out if we would be able to have some help. all help gratefully received.
