Goods bought via credit card not provided

in Credit cards
Hi
Hopefully someone can help. We recently bought an appartment in Spain and paid a UK company to provide the furniture. We paid up front with our credit card. Two months later all furnishings have not been provided, the items missing mean we cannot have pictures taken or let the property. The latest email from the company said they could give us no date for completing the installation as they had cash flow problems - that was a week ago. We are unable to get a response from anyone during the last week.
As the company have not met their commitment are we able to claim a refund from the credit card company under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act or do we have to wait for a period of time?
If we can claim do we work out the difference of total cost less what has been installed?
Can we claim for loss of rent?
Any advice appreicated.
Thanks
Martin
