Watch out what you buy as some prices have risen dramtically.
I bought a Quad Pack of Epson Printer Cartridges (675/2486) on the 12/01 for £24.43 however they are now £32.29 approximately one third more. You can still get the Epson Cartridges online around £24 delivered.

Is it really such a shock to find that prices have gone up in the 6 months between catalogues? We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

Well I reserved the hitachi PVR yesterday when it was £90 and guess what - today it was £130. Same thing ! Thats almost a 50% increase. They must be desperate.0

Spookily enough, the quid has devalued 25-40% against most major currencies over the last year or so...0

garden bench i was wanting has went up £200

Everything will have to be increased so they can then 'dramatically' reduce it in the deals throughout the year.0

My son was *thinking* about what to have for his birthday next month. He saw something in Argos which he was considering and it was around £70. He decided today that he'll have it - and it's gone up to £99 in the new catalogue!0

They did the same thing with the Grundig Freesat HD receiver. Im sure it started at approx £149 then it went up in price to £199 for a few weeks only to be readvertised at a sale price of £146 apparently saving over £53.00. Everywhere else the normal selling price of the same receiver was around £149. They must think we are gullible or something to fall for these tactics.

Hi, i looked at a faux leather mirror on Friday via offeroftheday it was showing at £69-99 less 51% at £34-19. Today the Argos website is selling it at £78-29. I don't mind missing the offer but do mind paying more for old stock.0

A shoe rack I was looking at was £29 some odd - now £34 some odd! Have to admit my first thought was, oh good that means it's going on sale! Going to pay mainly by nectar points anyway. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
