How do you store your boys clothes?

I have 4 boys aged 8yrs and under and are currently using a couple of those wide drawer plastic chest of drawers (each boy has 3 drawers for pjs/vests/undies, tops, and bottoms)

I really want to replace them with something that looks a little better (the drawers are purple and don't know how much longer my 8yo will be happy having them in his room for LOL) and works a bit better - the drawers aren't quite deep enough for their clothes esp as they get older.

so where do you keep your boys clothes?

thanks :)

I recently bought two sets of drawers for my boys from ikea. They were 4 draw malm ones and were about £50 each. They are large drawers and come in lots of different finishes - they make them in 6 draw versions but my boys (7) couldn't reach the top so I thought they wouldn't be safe. They don't really have much that needs hanging but I put any of their stuff that hangs in their sisters wardrobe. Before I bought these I used a wardrobe I had but just hung several of those canvas jumper holders to act as draws.

Two large very basic pine chest of draws. Preferably the sort with no runners - nothing to break or get stuck!

Mine have an adult sized wardrobe and chest of drawers. I bought them when I was pregnant with each and I'm hoping they last until they leave home :money: :D

I recently bought two great boxes from Ikea. They double up as "benches" for small people too (even I could sit on them they're so sturdy).

They're just boxes with lids that slot into place, but are loose, but cheap as chips at under £8. Also, a doddle to fit together (I'm the sort of person that usually has to build these things twice as I end up with some parts back to front, but I did these first time and they're sturdy and easy to build).

    £8.80 each http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/20078031

I use mine to store linens/bath sheets and big jumpers. My big stuff.

My sones aged 15 and 6 have one of these each plus one set of drawers from the same range which is shared between them The cupboards have movable shelves so really adaptable. I have found it a waste of time giving boys hanging space: this way it takes seconds to put the washing away.

I also have one for my baby daughters clothes as she doesn't have many dresses. I adapted hers by putting a short rail inside and losing a shelf.

I wouldn't be without these- they are so esy to keep tidy. A mega plus with boys!

My two have, between them, a three drawer wardrobe (one door full length rail, two door half length rail with three drawers underneath) and a 5 drawer chest of drawers. They are 7 and 1!!

My boys have an incredible amount of clothes tho! lol

DS has THIS chest of draweres and a matching standard wardrobe.
We now have a baby on the way and need some more drawers so will probably go for THIS one.
