A bit off topic, are LX Direct meant to refund you the cost of P&P if decide not to keep the item you've ordered and return it under the 14 day Home Approval Guarantee?

When I enter a code it accepts it but when on the delivery page and shows summery the discount is 0.00. What am I doing wrong?
No reliance should be placed on the above.
  • It could be that the code used has a minimum spend requirement or something like that. LXDirect accepts any valid codes, regardless of whether your order qualifies - it's only on that second page that you find out whether it is valid for your order.

Expired codes on the otherhand are not accepted at all - hence the usual 'we are unable to accept this code' message.

Best thing to do is try a few different codes, as mentioned by myself and others earlier in this thread.

Can you use multiple codes in one order?

Because I seem to have managed it somehow and got a rather attractive looking mobile at a even more attractive price

Or will they deny one of the vouchers?
  • You can usually use more than one code in a single order as long as each code starts with a different letter. Doesn't always work, but often does.

I tried to use XX and ZG codes at the same time last week and only the first one came off. Sopke to CS who said that part of the T&C's on the voucher are that you can only use one at a time. Seems a bit hit and miss as to whether they accept more than one.

I found that when I checked the delivery note! I used an XX (10% off) and a ZG (£15 off) but it only showed 10% off on the DN. But when I checked my credit card statement they had refunded the £15 as well!

So you find out BEFORE the order goes through if the voucher codes have been accepted or not??
